When you go into something and you have your ideas written down and your materials available and ready to go you will feel like you can accomplish your task quickly, correctly, and efficiently.

Organization is not just having your material in order but also having your ideas in order. Lay out your plan in a fashion that will give you a good flow to what you are trying to do. When writing a paper you need an idea, introduction, body and conclusion. Your ideas can be laid out in a manner that makes your paper flow an easy to read. Getting the ideas down on paper in the form of an outline will help you get this task done. The same thing can be applied to your everyday life. Knowing what the day holds and how you are going to go about doing it will help you stay on top of your time management. This will allow to you have more time to do what we all would love to do; rest, relax and release. Even the most hard-nosed workers enjoy time to do some things that are not work related.
