Introduction
This report 's aim is to describe the one of the most important environmental issue 'pollution ' which contains water pollution, air pollution, soil pollution and so on. In this study, the major topic is the waste and recycling, which the waste is the main factor of destroying the environment, recycling is the best process to transform the waste to new products and to reduce exploitation of natural resources. The social marketing campaign 'Clean up Australian Day ' is helpful which not only increase the awareness of important of waste and recycling, but also motivate behaviour change to clean up and recycle. Also, the two types of behaviour change theories assist governments and environmental organisations to understand audiences ' psychology and make some processes to motive their behaviour change.

Background of issue
In recent decade, the levels of financial income and life standard has grown fast, people consume many products that are made by many different types of materials, such as paper, metal, plastic, glass, rubber and so on. After using these products, all of these are discarded and produce large amount of waste. According the data of the World Bank, 1.3 billion tonnes wastes were produced each year and 1.2 kilograms per person per day, and the world waste is contiguous to grow in the future, in 2025, the total world waste is expected to increase to 2.2 billion tonnes per year and 1.42 kilograms per person per day (Hoornweg & Bhada-Tata 2012).…
