Philosophically we ask ourselves, is there a chance that machines are that capable of thought? Are they capable of conscious thought or creative in any way? Are they capable of thinking in any way that might be similar to how the human thought process works? Technique to auto-solve particular problems through practical use is possible. Alan Turing said from the Computing machinery and intelligence:
“I believe that in about fifty years’ time it will be possible to programme computers…to make them play the imitation game so well that an average interrogator will not have more than 70 percent chance of making the right identification after five minutes of questioning." (Turing, 2014) In addition, when in the same article, it is discussed about if a computer could think, Alan Turing had said:
“Thinking is a function of man 's immortal soul. God has given an immortal soul to every man and woman, but not to any other animal or to machines. Hence no animal or machine can think.” (Turing, 2014)
However, Marvin Minsky, who is an American cognitive scientist in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), co-founder of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s (MIT) AI laboratory and author of several texts on AI and philosophy said to Life Magazine in 1970:
"In from three to eight years, we 'll have a machine with the general intelligence of an average human being…: a machine that will be…
