2. EVENT DRIVEN HAND SIMULATION (CONDITION: OBSERVE FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR OR 15 COMPLETED SERVICES WHICH EVER APPLIES FIRST)
2.1 Choose any relevant and accessible manufacturing and servicing industry in South Africa where you will execute a hand simulation.
2.1.1 For four different days at a consistent time interval for an hour; in a specified functional section or department of the identified manufacturing or servicing industry of your choice, compile a table with the following; [15]
