5. People: Persona has well trained and neat and clean workers through its own training institute: persona institute led by experts in the relevant fields. Specialized treatments like hair rebonding and spring spa are always monitored by Thai experts. 6. Process: persona employs a number of managers to make the services process smooth. Separate suggestion and order taking units, then cash counters, membership and promotional offer booth, then unit managers. There are separate units for facial, hair care treatment, party make-up and bridal make- up, quick services (quick facial, hair cut, eye- brow plucking) and the unit managers divides works for the service providers and monitor the quality. 7.
