2. Critical business process design requirements for each department/employee

14 out of 30 respondents answered that Savemore has been using a Systematic Approach which means that even with the critical business process designs that are required; Savemore has been able to set this kind of standard for continuous improvement of department and employees performance. This requirement also gives a sense of control over the overall business process of the company.

3. Support services to enable employees to meet customer requirements

Most of our respondents said that Savemore uses a systematic approach in terms of giving support services. With the use of the support services, employees would be able to connect with the customers easier. Only 1 of our respondents said that there is no formal approach; this means that Savemore must have been doing a good job in providing support services for both employees and customers.

4. Processes monitored on a day-to-day basis

Most of our respondents said that the company keeps track of their processes daily. This is a big factor in consistency of the performance of the employees and also with a systematic approach, the monitoring of the company to their employees can create a continuous improvement in services and errors will be easily corrected.
