Population control or no population control? This is an argument that is now being brought to our attention worldwide. Yes, there are problems with each choice, but one could say that population control takes away everyone’s God-given right to reproduce. As humans, everyone must take in consideration the belief of others. While it is true that our world is being overpopulated, polluted, and being struck by crime, everyone must remember the freedom all humans deserve to have. There will be problems no matter which decision is made, but giving humans their freedom to reproduce should be a priority. In every religion there is something great about birth or reincarnation, so taking birth away from religious followers is taking away their religious rights. Christianity is a religion that believes everyone should multiply and fill the Earth. For example, in Genesis chapter one, verse twenty-eight, the Bible states that “God blessed them; and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth." Therefore, according to Christians, acting out population control is going against God 's word. Also, Buddhists believe in reincarnation, so all Buddhists rely on birth so reincarnation can take place.
