A customer has 4 different size options for a pizza, which are small, medium, large and jumbo. Also, they present approximately 15 different types of pizza to customers. Additionally, they have co-products like hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chips, onion rings, nuggets and chicken fingers. Moreover, they present 4-5 different types of salads and many types of beverages; some of them are carbonated, some of them are fruit juices, etc... Also, they consider vegetarian people in their menu with their special pizzas and salads.
''Supersonic pizza'' and ''Ortaya karışık pizza'' types are the most consumed products; on the contrary ''Mega salad'' is the less consumed one.
If we consider the food service sector and specifically pizza sector in the Cebeci region, competition is too much dense. Although there are a lot of firms and service providers in this region, Pizza Pizza possesses 20 % of the market share and they want to increase their market share to 25 %, which they see as an upper limit, within a couple of years.
