Marketing tools that are successful in all organizations are communications. Business communication will help with marketing a product through employing television, radio, printed advertising, public relations and events, and PR and web site communications is all effective tools in marketing. Internal marketing in the business world is important because internal marketing ensure that everyone in the organization embraces appropriate marketing principles. Internal marketing is a task of hiring, training, motivating able employees who want to serve customers well (Kotler, Keller, 2009).

Marketing is a process by which companies create customer interest in products or services. Marketing generates the strategy that underlines sales techniques, business communication, and business development. Marketing is used to identify the customer, to keep the customer, and to satisfy the customer. Marketing is a great tool for all organizations because this is what will make or break the organization due to sales within the organization.
