Regardless of the size of the department, all HR managers should have the expertise and awareness to handles all executive matters.
“Human Resource managers provides guidance and direction to compensation and benefits specialists. Within this discipline, "Human Resources Mangers develop strategic compensation plans, align performance management systems with compensation structure and monitor negotiations for group health care benefits.” (Mayhew, 2015) They have the task of providing employee training that includes new hire orientation, leadership training, seminars, and workshops. HR oversees the need to determine when training is necessary as well as the types of training necessary to improve presentations and efficiency. They have the responsible for directing needs; they play an active role in assessing overall employee performances and decide if the workforce would benefit from additional exercises or placements. Human Resource managers have the key roles for maintaining the employer and the worker link through planning and operational employee relation strategy. An actual worker relations plan contains precise steps for safeguarding the overall security of employees as well as ensures that workers are harmless and in a harmless working atmosphere that’s free from discernment and nuisance.
