Make sure that you arrange in advance for passports. Waiting too late can cause expediting charges. Look for hotels that offer babysitting services, older children activities, children’s menus for room service or on site restaurants. If you or your spouse travel often and rack up the frequent flier miles or you have a credit card that offers air miles, check into cashing them in for family airline tickets. You can usually find a list of attractions on the site or request them by mail. Check into dinner and show combos, local shopping and activities. You can find discounts by purchasing tickets online or booking early. If you’re in a tourist area, you can find discount coupon books located at stores, gas stations or just about anywhere.
