The Hershey Chocolate Company is a leading provider of chocolate and other confectionary products. A few of the names of candies they produce are the Hershey Kiss, Almond Joy,
Mounds, Peanut Butter Cups, Kit Kat, and other candies.

Recommend the redesign of Hershey’s performance management system to appeal to the diverse groups that it employs.
Hershey currently employs a diverse group of employees. Hershey’s current management system is effective and has helped in the success of the company’s revenue. The current management system relies on the baby boomers and the younger employees to train or be mentors for new

My role would be on the assembly line operator. I personally think that the goals are significant to my role. I want to work for a company that operates with integrity. The fact that the company views the daily operation of the company as we are all working together and being determined to make a difference is a very empowering statement. Being open to possibilities, growing together, making a difference, and being one Hershey is the commitment of the company(The Hershey Company) Hershey is open to the possibilities of embracing diversity, in search of new approaches and always working towards ways of improving the company. The company and employees are growing together by sharing knowledge. The company and employees are also in agreement that they make a difference together and determination. The company also stresses that together company and employees are one, winning together, and accepting individual responsibility for our results. Being employed for a company that recognizes that the company couldn’t be successful alone without dependable and dedicated workers is a great company to work for. My only concern with Hershey however would be it value to a global and diverse team. As an assumed older worker I would have concerns that my aging would be of an issue
