Cyber bullying In today’s world social media has become a big part of people’s social life, because it has become so popular bullies have discovered a new way to bully other people, in a much faster and easier way. During the last couple of years, “Forty-two percent of kids have been bullied while online and one in four has had it happen more than once” (End to Cyber Bullying).Whether it’s a Facebook account, or Twitter account, it seems like anyone can make an account and automatically start communicating with other people, and because of our technology today cyber bullying is easy for others to do.

There are several types of adult bullies. Narcissistic bully: is self-centered and does not share empathy on others. Impulsive bully: they are spontaneous, unintentional, and do not restrain his or her behavior. Physical bully: uses threat of harm, they may steal the victims’ property instead of confronting the victim. Verbal bully: usually start rumors about the victim to humiliate the victim. This type of bullying can cause a big impact emotionally and psychological, causing depression. Secondary bully: this type of bully is someone that does not initiate the bullying, instead they join in and this way they do not feel like they have become the victim down the road. This type of bully might feel bad about what is going on with the victim but they are more worried about protecting themselves.
Adult bullies also have to deal with bullies at work. Workplace bullying can be complicated and can make an adults work difficult and miserable. Adult bullies should always be reported to the work supervisors because they need to be aware of the problems those bullies are causing to their company. Unfortunately there is not much you can do to an adult bully at workplace other than reporting it to the supervisor or ignoring the bully.
