Change Management Process Framework
Basically, change is the only thing that is constant in the world. Every business organizations need to change the way they operate and the products they offer. The change management process is the sequence of steps or activities that a change management team or project leader would follow to apply change management to a project or change. Change management is the application of a structured process and set of tools for leading the people side of change to achieve a desired outcome.

Managing Change
Managing change basically deals about making plans according to how they are prepared for change. Plans are made according to the need of the organization and also how change is perceived by the employees of an organization. The plans that are made need to be very integrated with the change management process.
Managing the change also includes two phases i.e. develop change management plans and take action and implement plans. The effective change management plans need to be made so that change management team can properly work on them and help achieve desired results. But only making a good plan is not enough for smooth and effective change management process rather proper implementation of that plan is very necessary.
The outputs of this phase i.e. managing for change are communication plan, sponsor roadmap, and training plan. Similarly, coaching plan and resistance management plan are other important results of managing the change. Reinforcing Change
